What we offer

The Self Leadership Lab is an experimental learning space where you bring real-life situations to explore, experiment, and practice new ways of being.

We meet you where you are and support you in strengthening your self-leadership: deepening connection to yourself, what you truly want, and your capacity to create aligned relationships, work, and life.

What You'll Practice

Four dimensions
of self-leadership

The Anchor

Regulation & Stability

Regulate your nervous system, connect to your core and develop a deeper sense of internal stability that doesn't depend on external conditions.

The Sword

Boundaries & Energy

Set boundaries, access and embody conscious anger, and stop leaking energy into dynamics that drain you. Protect what matters.

The Compass

Purpose & Direction

Clarify what actually matters to you and what you want to create, beneath conditioning, performance, and external expectations.

The Bridge

Relation & Connection

Learn to stay connected to yourself and what you want to create while being in deep relationship with others and with life.

An Experiential Container

Practice-based,
not content-based

The Self Leadership Lab is not about consuming more information — it is experiential, relational, and practice-based. It is about building the capacity to stay with yourself under pressure, communicate honestly, navigate relational complexity, and create your life from deeper alignment.

  • Nervous System Regulation
  • Parts Work
  • Circling
  • Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
  • Embodiment Practices
  • Possibility Management
"A highly experimental and deeply supportive space — balancing the tension between everything is already perfect as it is and active, empowered action."

The Journey

Six weeks.
One container.

Throughout the 6 weeks, we progressively build the inner foundation needed to stay connected to your center, purpose, and truth — not only alone, but in real relationship with life and others.

Week 1 The Anchor & The Map

Establishing the container. Slowing down, regulating the nervous system, and locating the "X" on the map — getting honest about current pain points from a resourced, grounded state.

Outcomes: a clearer sense of where you actually are right now, and a felt sense of internal safety to work from.

Presencing Nervous System Regulation Feelings Work
Week 2 Clearing the Space

You cannot build on a cluttered foundation. Practicing healthy anger, identifying internal and external limits, and actively stopping the drain of life force.

Outcomes: increased capacity to say no, a cleaner relationship with anger, and more energy available for what matters.

Boundary Setting Anger Work Possibility Management
Week 3 Distilling Essence

Now that the space is clear, what is actually yours? Exploring deep desires, navigating internal voices, and claiming your true life direction beneath conditioning and performance.

Outcomes: a clearer felt sense of what you actually want, and a more solid relationship with your own inner compass.

Purpose Work Parts Work Visioning
Week 4 Relational Integrity

Shifting outward. How do you stay anchored in your essence and hold your truth while being in deep contact with the "other"? The group itself becomes the practice field.

Outcomes: greater capacity to stay present and boundaried in real relationships, without disappearing or withdrawing.

Circling Nonviolent Communication
Week 5 Conscious Creatorship

Bridging the gap from A to B. Applying self-leadership to the external world — designing the actual changes needed in work, projects, or life structures to align with your essence.

Outcomes: concrete next steps rooted in clarity, not pressure; a more empowered relationship with your own creative capacity.

Action Design Feedback Coaching Frameworks
Week 6 Guardianship & Integration

Securing the new baseline. Establishing ongoing buddy systems, celebrating the initiation into higher responsibility, and stepping fully into everyday self-leadership beyond the container.

Outcomes: a clear personal system for ongoing practice, and a felt sense of initiation into a new level of self-stewardship.

Common Questions

Before you apply

Do I need experience with personal development?
Some familiarity with self-development — yoga, mindfulness, therapy — is a useful foundation, but you don't need to be experienced. The Lab is designed for people who are curious, open, and ready to do real work, not for people who already have it all figured out.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded and available after. However, because this is a relational, experiential container, we strongly encourage full attendance. The group builds trust and depth over the 6 weeks — being present matters. If you know in advance you'll miss a session, please let us know.
Is this therapy?
No. The Self Leadership Lab is a personal development and skill-building container — not therapy, and not a replacement for it. We work with emotions and inner experience, but the focus is on building practical capacity. If you are currently in a mental health crisis, we'd encourage you to seek professional therapeutic support first.
How vulnerable do I need to be?
As much as you choose. The container is designed to be safe enough to go deep, but there is no pressure to share more than you're ready to. We cultivate a culture of consent, honesty, and care. The more you put in, the more you'll get out — and you get to decide how much that is.
How much time is there between sessions?
Expect roughly 1–2 hours per week between sessions — primarily connecting with your practice buddy and integrating what arose. The real work happens in your daily life, not in extra homework.
